About

Dan Jenkins, PT, DPT
Welcome to Lebanon Physical Therapy! We are committed to going the extra mile to serve and assist you journey to wellness. My name is Dan Jenkins, and I am deeply committed to empowering my patients through personalized physical therapy.
With a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy and nearly a decade of experience, I specialize in sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. My approach is comprehensive, combining cutting-edge techniques with tried-and-true methods to tailor a recovery plan that fits your unique needs.
I believe in the power of education and actively involve my patients in their treatment process. By understanding the ‘why’ and ‘how’ of their conditions, they become active participants in their healing.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy spending time with wife and our four children. I’m an avid runner and golfer, which fuels my passion for helping others achieve their mobility goals. Let’s work together to restore your strength, flexibility, and confidence.

Amy Hope, PT, DPT
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in the pelvic floor, Amy’s goal is to empower you to feel confident, capable, and comfortable in your body. She treats many diagnoses, such as urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, and pelvic organ prolapse. She’s passionate about helping pregnant and postpartum people stay fit and active, as well as helping them prepare for birth and postpartum.
You’ll often find her at the local Crossfit gym where she not only works out, but also instructs classes as a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer. She’s also a yoga teacher (RYT-200) and brings a holistic approach to her work as a pelvic floor therapist. When she’s not in the clinic, she’s enjoying time with her husband and little one.
